About The Position

Brookdale Senior Living seeks a high-energy Sales Manager to travel across a designated portfolio of ~12 New Jersey communities to drive rapid occupancy growth. This role acts as an interim sales leader, stepping into communities with vacancies to execute high-volume outreach, convert prospects to move-ins, and achieve budgeted revenue targets.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years recent Senior Living sales experience required.
Valid driver’s license for frequent regional travel.
Proven ability to close sales and achieve goals.
Strong technology skills (CRM, Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality daily in-person/phone sales calls to convert inquiries to move-ins, prioritizing rate integrity and revenue goals.
Travel to multiple communities to build professional referral networks with local medical, financial, and legal professionals.
Partner with Executive Directors to implement localized marketing plans to increase community awareness.
Utilize CRM tools to manage the full sales journey from initial interest to move-in, ensuring accurate data entry.
Act as an ambassador for Brookdale, guiding families through the emotional sales journey while mentoring local staff.
