Arrow Sales Director - Kansas City, MO (Full Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and relationship-focused Senior Living Director for our Kansas City, MO location. This full-time role is crucial in developing strong relationships with potential residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process for senior living solutions. You will be responsible for driving community occupancy by managing move-ins, move-outs, and vacancies, and collaborating with Executive Directors to retain current residents. A key aspect of this role is ensuring an exceptional experience for leads during tours and community events, embodying the hospitable spirit of Arrow Senior Living.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record as per the insurance carrier's policy.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
- Professional in appearance and conduct.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills if needed.
- Must be criminally cleared.
- Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
- Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
- Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
Responsibilities
- Developing close relationships to support potential residents and families in tough conversations about next-step solutions through empathy and understanding.
- Helping leads and families problem-solve by shedding light on potential opportunities as they select the senior living option that suits their particular needs.
- Responsible for knowledge and driving of gross and net gains in community occupancy through awareness of move-ins, move-outs, and shifting vacancies, as well as assisting Executive Directors in brainstorming ways to save current residents from moving out.
- Ensuring exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.
