Bridgewater: A Legacy Retirement Community is hiring a Full-Time Senior Living Cook to prepare nutritious, great-tasting meals for our senior residents. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, value teamwork, and want your work to truly make a difference, we'd love to meet you! As a Senior Living Cook, you'll play a key role in creating enjoyable dining experiences for our residents.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a line cook or similar food service role
- Ability to work as part of a team and step in where needed
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Desire to serve seniors with care and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking meals according to established menus
- Accommodating special diets and dietary restrictions
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Assisting with food service and cleanup as needed
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and care staff
- Staying organized and planning ahead in a fast-paced environment
