Requirements

  • Skills and experience to be determined for base pay.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
  • Qualified associates who have been with the company for at least a year may be eligible for advancement fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Senior Living Advisor, assisting individuals and families in finding suitable senior living options.
  • Provide gracious hospitality and neighborliness to residents and families.
  • Contribute to a home-like feel and overall comfort for residents and visiting family members.
  • Facilitate entertaining events and gatherings for residents to foster connections.
  • Support residents in finding connections in group and one-on-one settings.
  • Grow and learn as a sales professional within a nationwide company.
