About The Position

As a Senior Litigation Support Analyst, working in collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives, you will work with project managers and case teams on litigation matters. You will assist attorneys on cases by providing computerized support to help them plan, organize, research, analyze, argue, and present their cases in a more cost and time efficient manner. You will provide the day-to-day support of data management and review platforms. You will provide technology support and services to an assigned office, location, or practice group.

Requirements

6 years of experience in litigation technology support to include the installation, configuration and maintenance of applications such as Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction.
Must have experience with electronic evidence, large-scale printing, document repositories, and extranet technologies.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and external audiences.
Produce high-quality work and respond to correspondence in an efficient, timely, and professional manner.
Meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and commit to meeting high standards.
Comply with firm policies and procedures.
Maintain confidences as required in a law firm environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing cases/projects on various levels and at various stages of the litigation process.
Create and support various databases throughout the duration of a case, including creating user accounts, granting access, creating review layouts and assisting with searches.
Provide daily metrics of document reviews; generate data productions and perform quality control before data is produced.
Process electronically stored information (ESI) for upload into data review platform.
Assist attorney in trial preparation and set-up of electronic equipment in the courtroom; provide court assistance as required.
Assist with data imports and exports and data manipulation, as needed.
Process ESI through sophisticated technology application for data analysis, such as Clearwell.
Target ESI collection from hard drives and backup tapes with Index Engines; assist with collection efforts on an as needed basis.
Provide timelines and estimates to the project manager for all data being processed.
Mentor other members of the team.
Assist in developing /maintaining best practices for the department.
Other duties as assigned.
