To support our continued growth, we are expanding our litigation infrastructure and seeking a high-caliber Senior Litigation Paralegal. This role is a perfect fit for an elite, tech-forward litigation paralegal. This role is primarily a remote/work-from-home position, offering excellent autonomy, with the expectation of occasional in-person collaboration, team meetings, or intensive trial preparation at our office in Renton. You will take hands-on ownership of the files, workflows, and digital infrastructure required to scale our growing litigation department. Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of dedicated experience working as a litigation paralegal, with a heavy emphasis on plaintiff-side auto accidents.
  • Direct experience managing the administrative and logistical lifecycle of multiple personal injury cases through active trial preparation and submittal.
  • Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or a Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • An organized, detail-obsessed professional who handles high-stakes deadlines with calm solutions, values open teamwork, and approaches traumatized injury victims with genuine empathy.
  • Ability to work highly effectively from home while being available for occasional team collaboration or intensive trial prep days at our Renton office.
  • Exceptional ability to build trust and maintain clear, proactive, and deeply empathetic communication with injury victims navigating significant trauma and stress.
  • Master-level capability in anticipating case needs, tracking complex statutory litigation deadlines, mapping deposition logistics, and assembling pristine, courtroom-ready trial binders.
  • Understand Washington State Superior Court Rules (CR) and local county rules, with deep expertise in electronic filing (e-filing) and strict deadline calculation.
  • Ability to independently draft comprehensive answers to interrogatories, structure requests for production, and systematically manage large-scale electronic document productions.
  • Advanced capability to audit, interpret, and cross-reference complex medical records (including traumatic brain injuries) and draft detailed medical chronologies and billing summaries.
  • Exceptional proficiency utilizing modern cloud-based case management software and digital document platforms to maintain an efficient, paperless remote workspace.
