The Atlanta office of Greenberg Traurig is seeking a senior associate to join a national-caliber, high-stakes, complex Business Litigation team. The practice, which includes complex business and commercial cases, handles class-action defense, trade secrets, and more. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of litigation experience with a strong track record of independently managing cases and leading key aspects of litigation from intake through trial or resolution.

Requirements

5-10 years of litigation experience
Strong track record of independently managing cases and leading key aspects of litigation from intake through trial or resolution
Ability to handle depositions, strategy generation, motion practice, hearings, discovery management and client strategy with minimal supervision
Graduated from a nationally recognized law school in the top 10% of their class
Been on the law review, moot court, or trial team
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Admitted to The Georgia Bar or eligible for admission in the near future
