About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior LIMS Business Analyst to support the implementation of a STARLIMS LPH solution for environmental and clinical laboratory users. This role involves requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, testing, validation, and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of laboratory experience (clinical, environmental, or laboratory systems support)
- 5+ years of LIMS implementation experience
- 10+ years of business analysis and analytical problem-solving experience
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, use case development, and stakeholder interviews/workshops
- Experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, and solution design documentation
- Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, UAT, and QA activities
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and Azure DevOps
