Glumac is seeking an experienced architectural lighting leader for their Seattle, Washington office. This high-impact role involves leading lighting design efforts from concept through technical review, supporting business development, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver compelling solutions. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in architectural lighting design
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to perform detailed design reviews
- Experience supporting business development or bringing in new work
- Proficiency with Revit and AGi32
- Experience managing presentations, clients, and project expectations
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Must be located in and eligible to work in the U.S.

- Experience mentoring junior designers and shaping team development
