The Licensing Engineer supports the development and execution of licensing activities for Standard Nuclear's fuel fabrication programs, with a primary focus on 10 CFR Part 70 licensing of special nuclear material and fuel cycle facilities. This is a technically focused role responsible for developing licensing documentation, supporting Integrated Safety Analysis activities, evaluating regulatory impacts of facility and process changes, and helping ensure engineering and operational decisions remain aligned with the licensing basis. The Licensing Engineer will work closely with engineering, operations, criticality safety, radiological controls, EH&S, quality, Nuclear Material Control and Accountability, and project teams to translate technical designs and processes into clear, defensible regulatory documentation.
