About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a global hospitality leader to identify a Senior Leisure Business Development Manager focused on All-Inclusive & Resort properties. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role within the travel trade space—ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face selling, partnership development, and driving revenue through travel advisors and wholesale channels. Why This Role Stands Out Represent a premium portfolio of all-inclusive and resort properties across Mexico & the Caribbean Highly visible, field-based role with strong autonomy Opportunity to build and grow key travel trade relationships Blend of strategic sales + in-market activation (events, trainings, FAMs) Travel-focused role (~40%) with exposure to top destinations What You’ll Do Build and grow relationships with travel advisors, consortia, and wholesale partners Drive revenue through in-person meetings, events, trainings, and trade shows Deliver compelling sales presentations and product storytelling that bring resort experiences to life Partner with wholesalers on joint initiatives, campaigns, and activations Educate travel partners on key selling points, guest profiles, and differentiators Analyze account performance, identify opportunities, and drive strategic growth Act as the go-to expert for the resort & all-inclusive portfolio What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years in hospitality, travel, or leisure sales Experience working with travel advisors, consortia, or wholesale partners Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach Confident presenter with the ability to influence and engage audiences Knowledge of Mexico & Caribbean resort markets preferred Ability to manage a territory and travel regularly (~40%) Based in or near Atlanta with access to a major airport Who You Are Naturally outgoing, relationship-driven, and polished Thrive in a field-based, high-energy sales environment Strategic thinker who can also execute day-to-day sales activity Passionate about travel, hospitality, and creating experiences This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into a high-visibility role within the travel trade space, representing a strong brand and driving meaningful business growth.

Requirements
