About The Position
Beach Front Property Management is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager (Multifamily Portfolio) to oversee leasing strategy, execution, and performance across a portfolio of multifamily communities. This is a leadership role responsible for driving occupancy results, ensuring consistency in leasing operations, and managing a centralized leasing team. The position works closely with Operations and Marketing to support overall portfolio performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in multifamily leasing or property management
- Proven leadership experience (this is key)
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing & compliance
- Experience managing leasing across multiple properties
- Yardi, AppFolio, or similar systems
- Strong operational + analytical mindset
Nice To Haves
- Centralized leasing or portfolio-level experience
- Affordable housing exposure
- Experience with AI leasing tools (Elise AI or similar)
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise Central Leasing Agents
- Establish and manage leasing priorities across assigned properties
- Monitor vacancy performance and ensure timely leasing activity
- Implement standardized leasing processes and workflows
- Serve as escalation point for complex leasing or prospect issues
- Partner with Operations and Marketing on pricing, concessions, and leasing strategy
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
