About The Position

As a Senior Leasing Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, you will play an important role with the onsite management team. Your primary responsibility will be delivering exceptional customer service to residential clients, providing highly trained support to Property Managers, and meeting the needs of the business. Senior Leasing Consultants are individuals who make a significant impact through their positive interactions, such as a friendly smile, a welcoming handshake, and a genuine interest in those who visit the property office. You will create a positive and lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents, understanding the critical importance of first impressions. In this role, you will manage your own success by achieving leasing goals, including occupancy and rent growth, and by building strong rapport with prospects and residents.

Requirements

  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
  • Possess a valid real estate license as required by state regulations
  • Assist the leasing activities of the leasing staff.
  • Be courteous and professional
  • Be well organized and be able to meet deadlines
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Be professional and a team player
  • 3+ years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering various housing reports to the manager
  • Responsible for ensuring paperwork of all tenants are accurate
  • Offers professional advice to tenants and clients in relation to their financial capabilities
  • Ensures that available apartments are advertised to prospective tenants
  • Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities, local community, and beautiful grounds.
  • Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle available Pinnacle apartment home.
  • Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks.
  • Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
  • Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.
  • Use attention to detail, planning and organizing skills to perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
