Overview As a Senior Lease Administrator at Avison Young, you will manage the delivery of lease administration services across assigned accounts within our Occupier Services, Global Lease Administration team. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, overseeing quality control, and supporting financial and reporting functions. You will serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients while driving consistency and continuous improvement across processes. The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated between $70,000 to $85,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity. What Success Looks Like Lease data is accurate, validated, and consistently maintained. Accounts are managed effectively with timely delivery and minimal rework. Financial outputs and reporting are accurate and reliable. Critical dates and risks are proactively identified and communicated. Issues are resolved efficiently with clear, professional communication. Process improvements are identified and implemented to enhance delivery. Associate-level team members are supported, resulting in consistent quality and output.
