We’re actively seeking a talented Senior Learning System Administrator to join our Talent Development team on-site in Omaha, NE. Reporting into the Head of Talent Development this role is pivotal in the execution of our global learning program rollout, ensuring our people can engage with our learning experiences via our Learning Management System (LMS) wherever they are in our enterprise. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, optimization, and governance of our LMS, Cornerstone, while also partnering closely with the Talent Development team to support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of learning programs. This individual brings both strong technical expertise in learning systems and a collaborative, learner‑centered mindset.

Requirements

  • 5 years plus of LMS Administration in a corporate learning environment
  • Ability to think strategically about effective ways of implementing enterprise learning via technology
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders to a senior level
  • Experience of working in a global matrix team across complex time zones
  • Understanding of learning operations, instructional design concepts, and adult learning principles.
  • Experience with learning data, reporting, and learning analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain our enterprise learning platforms (Cornerstone, LinkedIn Learning), ensuring system stability, data integrity, security, access, and compliance standards
  • Establish and lead governance efforts through a Learning System Governance (LSG) framework, including standards, documentation, operating procedures, usage policies, roles, and integration protocols
  • Manage course creation, user access, enrollments, learning paths, certifications, and reporting. Conduct process reviews to ensure systems remain optimal and effective
  • Ensure quarterly updates from Cornerstone are well managed and communicated into the business
  • Handle escalated issues with learning platforms from both the Talent Development Team and Global People and Workplace Services
  • Monitor and build feedback loops and dashboards to monitor engagement, performance, and system utilization
  • Collaborate with content owners, internal communications and delivery teams to curate, and deploy content in the most effective way, ensuring quality assurance processes are initiated across all content.
  • Partner with HRIS, IT, and vendors to support system integrations, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution
  • Maintain awareness of trends in the LMS space and provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice on learning platforms and their integration with the larger People Experience (PX) tech stack
  • Manage content lifecycle practices, including tagging, retirement, and refresh schedules
  • Provide Talent Development system data as required to identify learning gaps, measure impact, and recommend delivery enhancements
  • Partner with PX Analytics to define metrics, build dashboards, and support enterprise reporting requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional efforts to align learning systems with broader PX initiatives
  • Support in the set-up of complex programs of learning, ensuring the Talent Development team have a clear solution to drive effective program signups and attendance via our LMS
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on LMS usage and learning processes
