About The Position

Join a team that plays a critical role in keeping lockbox operations running efficiently and ensuring customer transactions are processed accurately and on time. As a Senior Lead Workflow Coordinator, you'll help drive daily production, balance workloads, and make real-time decisions that support operational success. This role is exciting because you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of a fast-paced operation, lead workflow decisions that directly impact customer service and operational performance, collaborate with multiple teams to solve challenges and improve processes, gain valuable leadership, operations, and production management experience, and enjoy a dynamic role that combines coordination, problem-solving, and hands-on support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four to five years or more of operations services related work experience
  • Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements
  • Proven commitment to high quality customer service
  • Ability to work well with external and internal customers
  • Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide
  • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
  • Strong PC skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily workflow activities to ensure production deadlines and cutoff times are met.
  • Monitor volumes and adjust priorities to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Partner with operations teams to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
  • Make timely decisions to support productivity, quality, and customer commitments.
  • Assist with staffing and workflow adjustments based on business needs.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Step into production activities when needed, including mail processing, extraction, scanning, and equipment operation.
