About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant to join our Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will manage and grow a Middle Market Treasury Management portfolio across the New England territory, serving as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders. You will identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships through the delivery of treasury management solutions. You will partner closely with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to develop joint calling strategies and deepen client relationships. You will proactively call on prospective and existing clients to understand business needs and recommend treasury, payments, and liquidity solutions. You will lead treasury management sales efforts throughout the full client lifecycle, from opportunity identification and solution design through implementation and ongoing relationship support. You will collaborate with implementation and service partners to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and positive customer outcomes. You will analyze client operating models, cash flow needs, and payment processes to recommend solutions that improve efficiency, control, and working capital management. You will collaborate effectively with partners across Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Operations, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Requirements

7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

Deep knowledge of treasury management, payments, and liquidity solutions with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable client strategies.
Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement complex treasury management, payments, and liquidity solutions for middle-market organizations with annual revenues of $100 million to $500 million.
Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to evaluate data and develop strategic recommendations.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders through effective communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
Experience collaborating across business lines to deliver integrated solutions and drive successful client outcomes.
Demonstrated adaptability and innovation mindset with the ability to navigate change, leverage emerging technologies, and identify new opportunities.
