About The Position

The Whole Group (TWG) is seeking a Senior Lead-to-Cash Consultant to support client transformation initiatives in a remote, U.S.-based role. This consultant will help clients improve and modernize the full lead-to-cash lifecycle, including quoting, pricing, configuration, billing, and revenue operations processes. We're specifically looking for consultants with strong Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or Billing backgrounds who bring deep lead-to-cash domain expertise and are excited to cross-train into Logik.io and ServiceNow — full training provided. Your platform experience is the foundation; we'll build the ServiceNow/Logik fluency with you.

Requirements

  • Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA/ARM), Salesforce CPQ, or Salesforce Billing
  • Deep understanding of lead-to-cash business processes, including quoting, pricing, configuration, billing, and revenue lifecycle workflows
  • Client-facing consulting experience in enterprise environments
  • Ability to gather requirements and support solution delivery
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness and ability to apply domain expertise while learning Logik.io and ServiceNow
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle BigMachines or other legacy CPQ platforms
  • Familiarity with Logik.io or ServiceNow
  • Experience in complex enterprise transformation or implementation programs
  • Ability to work across both business process and technology discussions

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of lead-to-cash transformation projects for enterprise clients
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements across quoting, pricing, configuration, billing, and revenue operations
  • Translate business needs into scalable process and solution recommendations
  • Contribute to implementation and transformation efforts across client engagements
  • Partner with internal and client teams to drive execution in active delivery environments
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership
  • Apply domain expertise across tools and platforms, including learning new systems as needed
