About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant who will be a key member of the COO Technology Business Management Office (BMO), supporting the delivery of centralized, scalable, and transparent business services to the COO Technology leadership team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong technical and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role: The Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant will play a key role on the COO Technology Business Management team delivering efficient, on-demand shared services and business management functions. Primary focus will be on the following areas: Business Services Edit and manage content for all COO Technology-owned portals and Teamworks pages Build, manage, and consult on complex MS Teams and MS Teams/Sharepoint environments Build, manage, and consult on Outlook shared mailboxes and distribution lists (SmartDL and manual) Build and manage online surveys using credentialed tool Record and edit executive quality video packets for both technology demonstrations and employee engagement messaging Support PowerPoint presentations and data visualization needs for senior leadership Support executive-level writing assignments for such things as initiative updates, talking points, and communications Support organizational chart production routines

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience as a MS Teams/SharePoint administrator and designer with responsibility for set up and maintenance of complex environments with expert level knowledge of the various technical capabilities and limitations
  • 5+ years creating executive level communication (email, PowerPoint, content creation etc.)
