  • Experience with Workable or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience using AI-powered sourcing, research, and recruiting productivity tools.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, organizational design discussions, or strategic talent reviews.
  • Experience reducing agency dependency through proactive pipeline building and direct sourcing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring activity, salary expectations, and hiring risks; challenge assumptions and influence decisions through data and industry expertise.
  • Partner with leaders to anticipate future talent needs and establish proactive recruiting strategies for critical roles, including insights on skill gaps, succession concerns, and workforce risks.
  • Leverage strong external market knowledge from technology, SaaS, energy technology, or industrial sectors to identify emerging trends, skill shortages, and market risks.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex, senior, specialized, technical, commercial, corporate, and leadership-level roles across North America, Europe, and other international markets.
  • Conduct strategic intake meetings and design search strategies for hard-to-fill roles, niche skill sets, competitive talent markets, and international hiring needs.
  • Build sourcing strategies tailored to regional talent pools, market conditions, and role complexity; manage sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer support, and close activities.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to support international hiring strategy, employment models, and market entry considerations.
  • Represent Power Factors professionally and ensure a high-quality, structured, evidence-based candidate experience.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to junior recruiters and recruiting coordinators as an IC6 member of the global Talent Acquisition team.
