About The Position
The Lead Recovery Support Specialist will provide supervision and support to the Recovery Support Specialist in all their responsibilities. The Lead Recovery Support Specialist will provide recovery support services to patients as needed to support the team. The Lead Recovery Support Specialist will coordinate care and assist with developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with the treatment team.

- Monitor environment of care safety and resources.
- Develop biweekly/monthly RSS schedules.
- Support RSS shift leads.
- Assist with finding coverage for call-outs and vacations.
- Attend safety committee/infection control meetings.
- Oversee RSS staff payroll and time card submission.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring orientation and training of new Recovery Support Specialists (RSS) is completed by Shift Leads and appropriate paperwork is completed.
- Managing Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) scheduling and coverage between ATS and CSS.
- Provide ongoing training regarding policies, procedures, protocols, and expectations of RSS and shift leads.
- Complete the daily assignment of RSS to all incoming patients.
- Assist in completing the daily gratitude/wrap up groups as needed.
- Monitor environment of care safety and resources completing appropriate documentation on time.
- Develop the RSS biweekly/monthly schedule as needed.
- Support existing RSS shift leads with managing their daily duties.
- Assist leads, as needed, on finding coverage for call-outs and vacation ensuring appropriate staffing ratios for all shifts.
- Attend monthly safety committee/infection control meetings.
- Oversee RSS staff payroll and timely submission of time cards.
- Other duties as assigned by Leadership.
