About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Lead Microsoft Power Platform Engineer for a hybrid role with a Global Financial Institution. This is a 12+ month contract-to-hire opportunity. The role involves leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise business solutions, with a primary focus on Power Apps and Power Automate. The engineer will drive workflow automation and application modernization, utilizing Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL for data-driven decisions. This position requires deep hands-on Power Platform expertise, combined with strong solution architecture and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
Deep hands-on expertise with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)
Experience with Power Platform Solution Architecture & Governance
Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL / Data Engineering
Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with Co-Pilot Studio in building AI agents

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise business solutions with a primary focus on Power Apps and Power Automate
Drive workflow automation, application modernization, and process transformation initiatives
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering
Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges
Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel
