About The Position

The Senior Lead Engineer designs information systems that meet users’ needs and align with the organization’s information systems architecture. The role establishes operational plans and oversees installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems. It will lead engineering practice and help deliver strategic transformation in Financial Crimes Compliance—including anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, and fraud monitoring and screening—using AI-powered solutions and modern cloud technologies. The position leads the design, development, and implementation of cloud solutions and enterprise-scale technology initiatives, with a focus on cloud foundational services, identity and access management, governance, infrastructure automation, and infrastructure as code. It also applies AI and machine-learning solutions to enterprise technology or business problems and works with financial crime, risk, and compliance data and Systems of Record integrations. The engineer collaborates with analysts, engineers, and programmers to determine system capabilities, limitations, performance requirements, standards, and interfaces. The role reviews technical documentation, approves and implements system corrections, educates end users, and coaches and mentors other professionals.
