Requirements
- 12+ years of experience

- Revit (expert level)
- OSHA 10
- NFPA 70 (NEC) Training & Certificate of Completion
- NFPA 70E Arc Flash & Electrical Safety Certification
- LEED Green Associate
- PMP or CAPM
Responsibilities
- Manage Scope, Schedule, and Project Delivery
- Lead Technical Execution and Design Quality
- Supervise and Develop Designers and Engineers
- Own Technical Standards, Specifications, and Code Compliance
- Drive Knowledge Sharing, Training, and Continuous Improvement
