Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM supporting New York City as part of the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will develop, retain, and grow complex to highly complex client relationships through relationship management, acting as an advisor to guide and influence others. You will also lead the strategy and resolution for a full suite of highly complex solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients, engaging product organizations to develop client-specific solutions. Additionally, you will provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative business solutions within the Commercial Banking Relationship Management group, strategically engage with all levels across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control, and drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions. You will also strategically support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients and partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide vision, direction, and expertise on client and market needs.
