About The Position

Unframe is an AI-first startup that helps large enterprises implement LLM-powered applications quickly. They combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, enabling customers to go from idea to deployed AI systems faster than competitors. The company has secured $50M in Series A funding from investors like Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners and is experiencing rapid growth while working with Fortune 500 clients globally. This role is for a Senior / Lead B2B Brand Designer who will enhance Unframe’s brand, marketing, and product storytelling as the company scales with enterprise AI customers. The designer will produce polished, high-impact visual assets to communicate complex AI and enterprise technology solutions to B2B, executive, and product-led audiences. The ideal candidate possesses strong B2B design experience, excellent brand judgment, and the ability to execute across digital, product, motion, and marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or Senior Designer, ideally in B2B, SaaS, enterprise technology, or AI environments.
  • Strong portfolio showing polished B2B brand, digital, presentation, product marketing, and campaign design work.
  • Strong motion graphics experience, with the ability to create engaging animated assets for marketing and brand channels.
  • Experience designing for B2B audiences, including executive, enterprise, or technical buyers.
  • Experience building scalable brand systems, design templates, or creative guidelines.
  • Strong product design awareness, including the ability to create product visuals, UI-based storytelling, diagrams, and product-led marketing assets.
  • Proficiency with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and motion tools such as After Effects or similar.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to take feedback quickly, clearly, and constructively.
  • Strong attention to detail, brand consistency, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with video editing or short-form video content.
  • Experience with UX/UI design or product interface design.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality visual assets for marketing materials, presentations, social media, website content, campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Create branded templates, systems, and assets that maintain consistency across all channels.
  • Translate complex AI, SaaS, and enterprise technology concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
  • Support product and marketing storytelling through product visuals, diagrams, creative concepts, and executive-facing materials.
  • Create motion graphics and animated assets to elevate campaigns, social content, product storytelling, and brand communication.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop strong creative ideas and bring them to life.
  • Work flexibly with a global team across the USA and Europe.
