Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
Minimum 15 years’ related experience with current licensure
Must understand the relationship between design and constructability
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. We are unable to sponsor or take over the sponsorship of employment visas.

Responsibilities

The Senior Landscape Architect will work collaboratively in a team setting on the development of conceptual designs, the production of construction and permit drawings as well as on-site construction administration.
Projects will include a wide range of landscape projects including land development, commercial and resort design, streetscapes, parks, and entry features as well as federal, state and local government projects.
Client Management
Attend scoping meetings with clients
Prepare fee proposals
Client coordination
Review project billing
Project Management
Provide design/technical guidance to Designers and Project Managers and oversee the development of design packages including:
Landscape Plans
Irrigation Plans
Hardscape Plans
Site Amenity Plans
Prepare detailed opinion of construction cost estimates
Review Inspection reports
Provide quality control reviews of work products
