About The Position

The Senior Landman will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and preparing contracts and leases. This role involves examining and curing drilling and division order title opinion requirements. The Senior Landman will also supervise lease brokers, manage prospect expenditures, and calculate working and net revenue interests. Additionally, they will negotiate and prepare various agreements including joint operating agreements, participation agreements, farmin/farmout agreements, purchase and sale agreements, pooling agreements, and associated support agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of experience as a Landman with responsibilities as described
• Excellent interpersonal skills - both oral and written
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Ability to obtain results in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities
