McKim & Creed is seeking a Senior Landfill Leachate Treatment Process Engineer to join their team and help expand their presence in the solid waste market. This role offers an experienced treatment professional the opportunity to work on multiple active landfill leachate treatment projects and contribute to the growth of the solid waste and environmental treatment practice. The successful candidate will engage in projects involving landfill leachate treatment, PFAS and emerging contaminants, biological treatment, membrane systems, reverse osmosis, activated carbon, advanced treatment processes, residuals management, and treatment system integration. The role involves close collaboration with process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, civil, and environmental professionals to deliver practical solutions. The company is experiencing rapid growth in the solid waste market, with clients seeking solutions for complex leachate treatment and water quality challenges. This position is ideal for a senior engineer with strong process engineering experience, a passion for solving complex treatment problems, and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle (evaluation, treatability, design, implementation, startup, and optimization).
