Lead negotiations and structure purchase agreements in collaboration VP of Land Acquisition. Oversee due diligence activities including environmental, title, and permitting reviews to assess project feasibility and risk. Manage multiple acquisition projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and strategic priorities. Coordinate with Land and Operations teams to support entitlements, planning, HOA creation, and project start-up. Monitor municipal planning activity and zoning changes to identify emerging growth corridors and regulatory impacts. Supervise and mentor acquisition team members, fostering professional development and high performance. Prepare and present acquisition packages with financial analysis, site plans, and competitive market insights to senior leadership. Acquire easements as may be required to entitle and develop projects. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one area.
  • Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 4-6 years prior relevant experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position.
