The Senior Laborer will work under the Construction Crew Supervisor. This position is responsible for constructing the facility in a safe and efficient working manner. Duties & Responsibilities (Essential functions are identified in bold and italicized text below.) Must work safely at all times. Adhere to NGL safety policies and procedures. Perform construction tasks as assigned. Perform accurate timekeeping and submit on time per payroll deadlines. Comply with government agency rules, regulations and laws. Attend all safety meetings and trainings. Report problems to the supervisor. Perform routine scheduled tasks. Regular attendance at the worksite is required. Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be dependable with a stable work history Ability to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and/or holidays. Ability to use basic computer applications and software. Punctual, trustworthy and reliable. Proficient spoken and written English. Ability to work as team player Ability to transfer locations as required by business needs Willingness to work overtime as necessary. Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally, always working with respect and cooperation with fellow employees and customers. Regular attendance at the worksite is required. Experience/Education High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience is required. Minimum two years construction experience required. Experience operating construction equipment required - including forklift, backhoe, and skid steer. Experience carbon steel welding preferred. Travel Negligible travel required.
