Senior Labor Relations/HR Specialist plays a critical role in handling labor and employee relations on behalf of the Museum, with a focus on ensuring that the workplaces comply with the terms of the collective bargaining agreement. You will lead efforts to foster positive relationships with employees and the union, participate in future collective bargaining processes, and ensure that all employment practices are in line with legal and organizational standards. In partnership with leadership and the Talent & Culture team, you will develop and implement strategies that promote a strong accountability of adhering to DAM values, fostering belonging, collaboration, and ensuring a compliant work environment. This position collaborates with and reports to the Chief of Talent and Culture Officer. Position type: This position will not be covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement with AFSCME-CWU.
