As a Senior Key Account Manager - RXO Extra (Large Fleet Sales) for RXO Extra, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a strong book of business in large fleet fuel sales and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll target your book’s highest-volume, strategic accounts to drive growth and uncover cross-sell opportunities, including factoring and financial services solutions for large carriers. This is a high-impact role centered on both growing current accounts and hunting new large carrier opportunities for fuel sales. This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, based at RXO's headquarters office located at 11215 North Community House Road, Charlotte, NC 28277.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 4 years of freight brokerage customer sales experience

Nice To Haves

  • 6 years of sales experience in Transportation or fuel, tire, or maintenance sales
  • A proven track record in outbound, hunter-style sales
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A high-energy, goal-driven mindset with a passion for results
  • Freight brokerage experience is preferred
  • Factoring or financial services sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a book of business above $200K in margin per month
  • Serve as an advocate and liaison for RXO Extra’s top clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze and cultivate your customer base to identify expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Create tailored fuel and maintenance solutions for customers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on internal platforms, including Salesforce and CRM
  • Participating in in-person meetings and QBRs with RXO Extra’s key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve lead generation strategies and outcomes
  • Collaborate with financial services team to drive alignment and maximize impact
