About The Position

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior JD Edwards ERP Analyst to manage the daily health of their global JD Edwards environment. This operations role involves being the primary contact for system integrity, working independently to solve complex issues, and coordinating with international ERP teams to ensure EnterpriseOne 9.2 runs reliably.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of JDE Procurement and Financial workflows.
  • 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in an operations, business, or technical analyst role.
  • Gather system requirements, create specifications, and deliver solutions to continuously improve, maintain data integrity, and system uptime.
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel and ServiceNow for incident management and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear instructions for non-technical users.
  • Ability to multitask and manage own workflow under pressure, particularly during financial close or system maintenance.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with All Out Security (AOS) is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of Smart Scheduler would be a plus.
  • Experience with Version1 Approval Express is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DMAAIs, Orchestrator, Scanman (OCR), and SQL is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Tier 1 and 2 analyst for global users, managing JDE profile maintenance, security setup, and terminations.
  • Analyze and manage standard JDE batch job scheduling, maintenance, and administration.
  • Monitor health check reports and logs to identify and resolve issues before they impact the business.
  • Track incidents in ServiceNow, analyze tickets to find repetitive problems, and propose permanent fixes.
  • Oversee various interfaces to and from JD Edwards, review JDE and custom integrity reports, and guide users toward resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies.
  • Monitor month, quarter, and year-end financial close processes to ensure data integrity and system availability.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain JDE approval routes and delegations for Procurement.
  • Write clear troubleshooting manuals and training guides for end users.
  • Contribute expertise to upcoming system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts.
  • Manage OMW and project promotion activities, including promotion to the production environment.
