About The Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Python and Java Developer with Apache Flink expertise and 8 years of experience designing and developing large-scale real-time data processing applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Python, Java, Apache Flink, Big Data technologies, streaming architectures, and cloud platforms, and can build high-performance, scalable, and resilient data solutions. The position is hybrid at Algonquin Road, Illinois.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience designing and developing large-scale real-time data processing applications.
- Strong expertise in Java and Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Flink, Big Data technologies, streaming architectures, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with Kafka, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Apache Spark and Databricks.
- Knowledge of Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures.
