Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience with a deep, expert-level proficiency in Java backend development.
• Proven, in-depth expertise in data analysis and advanced SQL.
• Experience in the systems analysis and programming of sophisticated, data-intensive software applications.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to unexpected changes in requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with modern data technologies like Kafka, MongoDB, or Couchbase is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, secure, and scalable backend applications using Java.
• Become the subject matter expert for complex data analysis and SQL wizardry, responsible for designing data structures and optimizing queries for maximum efficiency and performance.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge to analyze complex issues, evaluate business and system processes, and make evaluative judgments to create industry-leading solutions.
• Establish and implement new or revised application systems that meet specific business needs, while ensuring essential procedures and operating standards are followed.
• Serve as an advisor and coach to other developers, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independence of judgment and autonomy to deliver results and manage deadlines.
