About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for Senior Java Developer-Remote. The client is looking for Senior Java Software Engineers, with proven expertise in designing, developing, and implementing highly secure, enterprise-grade web-based applications and backend components that support critical business requirements. The ideal candidate will follow approved lifecycle methodologies, create comprehensive design documents, and perform rigorous coding and testing while upholding the highest secure coding standards and practices. As a recognized elite individual contributor and subject matter expert, you will work with limited supervision and apply independent judgment to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. In this role, you will engage with product teams as a trusted technical partner to drive adoption, resolve complex technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation, and leverage your hands-on tech lead or senior contributor experience to elevate our technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Ecosystem (Spring Framework, Spring Security, etc.), UI (Angular) and database skills (SQL, Oracle, Performance Tuning)
• Hands-on experience with Secure Coding and Application Security
• Hands-on experience with Unit, Integration, and Functional Testing experience
• Expert level knowledge of JMS, Messaging Middleware (IBM MQ preferred), Spring JMS
• Advanced level experience with REST APIs, JSON is preferred
• Advanced level Spring Boot, Spring Batch experience is preferred
• Experienced knowledge of AWS & Cloud Technologies is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of directly related experience and/or education required.
• 8yrs experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
