A large commercial provider of janitorial services is seeking a quality Night Area Manager to add to our team. This Night Area Manager will be housed out of our Milwaukee, WI office and will have responsibility for a geographic area. The Senior Janitorial Operations Manager is a key position which is responsible for night operations. This position is responsible for but is not limited to: working closely with the Account Manager and customer personnel in supervising janitorial employees performing day-to-day and periodic cleaning activities in assigned work areas.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (no violations within three years)
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead and direct hourly personnel toward the accomplishment of company goals
• 2 years of relevant cleaning experience
• Bilingual: Spanish/English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must be able to take direction
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to function cooperatively as part of a team
• Requires attention to detail
• Requires a pride in delivering excellent service
• Requires organization
• Requires high levels of energy and endurance

Responsibilities

• Training janitorial employees
• Directing janitorial employees
• Inspection of trash removal
• Inspection of dusting
• Inspection of spot cleaning
• Inspection of window washing
• Inspection of mopping
• Inspection of vacuuming
• Inspection of washing/scrubbing projects
• Inspection of restroom cleaning
• Inspection of hard floor maintenance (including auto-scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and burnishing)
• Inspection of carpet maintenance (including spot removal, shampooing and extracting)
• Inspection of pressure washing
• Inspection of recycling
• Inspection of restocking of supplies
• Other duties as needed
