About The Position

Senior IT Support Engineer to serve as the primary daytime technical resource in Davidson, NC. This is a hands-on role with a mix of advanced support, endpoint engineering, and onsite leadership supporting both day-to-day operations and ongoing infrastructure/project work. Candidates must work onsite 5 days per week.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Windows endpoint administration, including imaging and provisioning (Autopilot).
  • Hands-on experience with software deployment, patching, and endpoint lifecycle management.
  • Background in asset management and license tracking within ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, and network layers.
  • Experience supporting and contributing to infrastructure or site-based technical projects.
  • Must work onsite 5 days per week.
