About The Position

CPI Security, in Charlotte, NC, is looking to hire a talented Senior IT Support Engineer. The Senior IT Support Engineer acts as the ‘face’ of the IT Service Desk and is a steady source of technical expertise. They are responsible for ensuring the successful operation of end-user computing and seamless user experience at a consistently high level. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar field of study preferred
• IT-Related Certifications are preferred
• 3+ Years experience working within an IT Service Desk
• 3+ Years experience working with Windows, iOS, and MacOS devices
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• IT-Related Certifications are preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar field of study preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software service requests for end-users
• Device imaging and configuration
• Hardware installation, repair, and replacement
• Communicate up, down, and across throughout the resolution cycle for service requests
• Assist on new projects and initiatives on an as-needed basis
