We are currently seeking a Senior IT Specialist to support our Northeast EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) team, which manages 8,000+ interfaces across a rapidly growing market. This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates located near Raritan, NJ who can attend occasional onsite team meetings and events.

Requirements

Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Health Information Management, or healthcare related degree field
2 or more year’s experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, VBA, SQL, DAX, and Power Query.
2 or more years' experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Health Information Management or healthcare related degree field
5 or more years' of experience in EDI or Data Analysis, within a healthcare environment.
Current or prior Labcorp experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate complex data.

Responsibilities

Analyze data reports and system outputs to identify performance trends and potential issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors to resolve interface and workflow challenges.
Maintain and enhance existing EDI client configurations as needed.
Provide quality assurance for internal and external reporting outputs.
Manage the commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
Support the development of new reports and data analyses.
Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency.
Monitor updates to source data systems and assess their impact on existing workflows and reports.
Deliver training to end users on new reports and data processes.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Act as an escalation point for complex issues, working closely with departmental leadership.
