About The Position
E-Logic Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to support Milwaukee Transport Services (MTS). This position will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for highly specialized Information Technology professionals, focusing on difficult-to-fill technical positions within a public-sector environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of IT recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, software development, cloud, and enterprise application professionals.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting government or public-sector clients.
- Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates.
- Conduct recruiter screenings and candidate evaluations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Prepare candidate submission packages, assessments, and interview summaries.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain ATS records.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support recruiting best practices.
