About The Position

The Senior IT QA Engineer is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering quality outcomes through technology, influence, data, and leadership of work. The role combines quality engineering, automation, analytics, and organizational change. Rather than concentrating only on manual testing, the engineer uses automation platforms, AI-enabled quality capabilities, observability data, quality intelligence, and modern engineering practices to assess product health, identify risk, drive improvements, and influence decisions across product, development, and business teams. The role serves as a trusted quality advisor and quality owner within delivery teams. It does not manage people, but it leads complex quality initiatives, influences technical and business decisions, guides quality strategy, and drives measurable improvements in product outcomes. Success is measured by enabled quality outcomes, insights, automation capabilities, risk reduction, and measurable improvements. The position is exempt and has a targeted salary range of $94,882 to $136,096. Compensation is influenced by factors including local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, experience, and geographic location. Work is primarily sedentary in an office environment, with work primarily during the Monday–Friday business week and occasional nights or weekends as necessary. Travel is 5–10%.
