We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to our Chief Security Officer and based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week. The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives across the organization. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while aligning with strategic business objectives. The Sr. IT Project manager works cross-functionally with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver high-impact solutions and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
  • Experience in Plant/Facility Engineering and managing construction projects
  • 10+ years of technical and project management experience
  • Experience leading large, complex, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of IT systems
  • Proven success working on cross-functional projects requiring coordination between various resources.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scales IT projects, including software, implementations, infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Manage risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment
