About The Position

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead strategic CRM modernization initiatives within the Paint Stores Group. The role manages the custom, in-house-built CRM platform and projects ranging from ongoing maintenance and small enhancements to major feature overhauls and legacy application modernization. The work involves coordinating business and technology teams, managing stakeholders and dependencies, and ensuring successful project delivery. The position is described as fully onsite in Cleveland, Ohio, and reports to the CRM Lead.

Requirements

Expert-level experience.
Skills in sales, project delivery, agile, IT project management, waterfall methodology, SDLC methodologies, and stakeholder management.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work confidently with leadership, business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of projects related to the custom CRM platform, including enhancements, maintenance, and major feature overhauls.
Plan and execute CRM modernization initiatives.
Lead larger waterfall projects focused on modernizing legacy applications.
Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams, including business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, Release Management, product teams, Sales Excellence, and Data Engineering.
Manage project timelines, resources, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, drive decisions, and help remove roadblocks.
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
Facilitate communication between developers and business stakeholders so requirements are understood and delivered.
Guide adoption of agile practices, including sprint planning and daily scrums.
Support agile software delivery processes and release planning.
Manage project governance, meetings, action items, and follow-up activities.
Ensure alignment across business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
