About The Position

The Senior IT Project Manager will serve as the central point of coordination between client stakeholders and the implementation partner for a global network segmentation initiative across 19 manufacturing facilities. The program involves deploying Palo Alto PA-1410 Next Generation Firewalls at Purdue Level 3/3.5 boundaries to strengthen security between IT and OT environments. The implementation partner will manage installation activities and its own project plan; the Project Manager will lead client-side execution and own internal deliverables, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, change management, and migration readiness.

The role requires building trust across technical and business organizations, driving consensus among stakeholders, coordinating activities across global sites, and managing complex risks and dependencies. The Project Manager will facilitate communication among cybersecurity teams, network engineers, plant operations, and leadership, and drive implementation while avoiding unplanned manufacturing disruption. This is a contract role based fully onsite in Neenah, Wisconsin.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience leading global infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or manufacturing technology initiatives.
• Proven success managing programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Project management experience in manufacturing or OT environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, network security fundamentals, firewall deployment projects, segmentation initiatives, cybersecurity governance, infrastructure migration planning, and change management processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational change management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, make decisions, and prioritize effectively.
• Executive presence and strong organizational and documentation skills.

• CISSP certification (nice to have but not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead client-side execution of a global network segmentation initiative across 19 manufacturing facilities.

• Manage internal governance activities related to cybersecurity and compliance.
• Support IEC-62443-related program controls.
• Oversee third-party vendor remote access governance processes.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Drive successful implementation with zero unplanned manufacturing disruption.
• Coordinate activities across global sites and drive consensus among multiple stakeholders.
