About The Position

This role will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across manufacturing operations, quality, supply chain, engineering, finance, HR, procurement, and other corporate functions within a global CDMO environment. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of AI use cases ranging from Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions and AI Foundry applications to bespoke GenAI and machine learning solutions built on Azure cloud technologies. The role requires strong project delivery expertise combined with sufficient technical understanding of AI platforms, cloud-native architectures, data integrations, and software development practices to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT project or program management experience.
• 3+ years delivering AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing cloud-based application delivery on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience managing software development projects using Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with global cross-functional business and IT stakeholders.
• AI & Data: Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI copilots, prompt engineering, and AI governance.
• AI & Data: Familiarity with AI solution lifecycle management and responsible AI principles.
• Cloud & Technology: Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application architectures.
• Cloud & Technology: Understanding of APIs, integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle practices.
• Cloud & Technology: Ability to engage effectively with software engineering and architecture teams.
• Project & Delivery Management: Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance skills.
• Project & Delivery Management: Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches.
• Project & Delivery Management: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience delivering Generative AI solutions into production.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI services.
• Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, or CDMO environments.
• Experience working within regulated environments and GxP processes.
• Experience managing global delivery teams and external system integrators.
