About The Position

Dexter Technologies Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Senior IT Project Manager – Applications for their client. This is a Direct Hire position located in Columbia City, IN, with flexible work from home options available. The role involves managing application projects, including implementations, upgrades, cloud migrations, and integrations, while partnering with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with IT strategy.

Requirements

• Strong Project Management experience with good understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Experience Managing Applications, software development project implementations, custom built, COTS and SaaS solutions, upgrades, Cloud migrations and integrations.
• Experience in Scrum project management with good understanding of traditional framework.
• Advanced knowledge of IT standards, policies and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of Traditional and Agile frameworks.
• Proficient working with technology platforms.
• Strong Decision Making, Collaboration, conflict management, facilitation skills.
• Excellent experience in dealing with C-level executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
• Ability to drive deliverables through completion and hold team members accountable for their work.
• Ability to identify potential risks and provide proactive mitigations.
• Positive can-do attitude, solutions-oriented and willingness to extend beyond day-to-day project manager responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or relevant experience.
• 10+ years of managing initiatives in digital environment preferably in manufacturing area.

Nice To Haves

• M&A experience and experience with integration is desired.
• Experience with CRM implementation is a plus.
• Experience with ERP implementation is a plus.
• Experience in managing Infrastructure projects is a plus.
• PMP and / or CSM certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project including managing milestones, identifying and tracking issues and risks, and driving the team to meet project goals.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align ongoing efforts.
• Contribute to the team by participating in solution definition and removing roadblocks.
• Establish strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and vendor teams; Coordinate vendor selection and contracting.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with the overall IT strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure project or framework specific governance is implemented.
