Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • Eight years' experience in the appropriate specialties
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a project manager
  • Sound understanding of technical issues
  • Outstanding planning skills (experience in preparation of project plans a must)
  • Scheduling skills
  • Implementation skills
  • Evaluation skills
  • Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the user community and the technical staff is essential
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and modules (PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB)
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • PMP is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all aspects of the ServiceNow modernization technology projects in any one of the following specialties: planning, executing, and delivering ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions across the Organisation.
  • Collaborate with teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports in partnership with the ServiceNow team and ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with Organisation's policies.
  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure from the organisation's side that ServiceNow consultants adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards setup for with the Organisation's Teams.
