About The Position
This is a senior-level technical generalist role focused on supporting network, systems, and data center infrastructure. Candidates must be comfortable working directly with hardware, traveling between sites, and supporting critical, mission-driven environments. The ideal candidate brings strong experience across networking, infrastructure, and data center operations, and is comfortable operating in a regulated, high-safety environment supporting mission-critical systems.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking
- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls
- Background supporting data center environments (racking, cabling, power, cooling)
- Experience with VMware
- General infrastructure support experience
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Familiarity with patch management
- Familiarity with system lifecycle support
- Experience working in multi-site environments
- Must be local to Phoenix
- Able to travel between sites
- Must have a clean safety record
